Returns & Refunds policy

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations between Ismmasouk Online, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”, and any person wishing to purchase products through the website https://ismmasouk-online.ma/, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”

By placing an order on the website, the Customer acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale include toys, electronics, and cosmetic items.
Ismmasouk Online strives to present the products as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, prices). However, minor differences may occur depending on stock availability or manufacturing variations.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes.
Prices may be changed at any time, but products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase on the website.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these GTC.
Ismmasouk Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock shortage or payment issues.

5. Payment

Payment is made upon delivery (cash on delivery).
The Customer agrees to pay the total amount indicated when receiving their order.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available in the cities of Rabat and Salé.
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and the delivery address, generally between 1 to 5 working days.
Ismmasouk Online cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (such as weather conditions, carrier delays, etc.).

7. Returns and Claims

No returns or exchanges are accepted after delivery, except in the following cases:

• Proven manufacturing defect

• Product damaged upon delivery

• Order error attributable to Ismmasouk Online

All claims must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the product.

8. Personal Data Protection

The information collected during the ordering process is strictly confidential and used solely for managing sales and deliveries.
No personal data is shared with third parties without the Customer’s prior consent.

9. Liability

Ismmasouk Online shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the products sold.
